In-session processing

Uploaded files are processed during your active Brutus session and are not permanently stored.

30-minute session lifetime

Brutus sessions have a 30-minute lifetime to keep file processing short-lived.

Zero Artificial Intelligence

Brutus validates your data using the rules you select. No AI model is used to determine whether a value passes or fails.

Enterprise-grade authentication

Brutus uses Microsoft Entra ID for authentication instead of storing and managing passwords directly.

WHAT BRUTUS KEEPS

We keep your settings, not your uploaded data.

Brutus stores the account information and settings needed to provide the service. Uploaded Excel and CSV files are processed for validation but are not permanently stored.

Reusable templates save your validation settings so you can use them again. They do not contain a copy of your uploaded file.

Session data Kept temporarily while your Brutus session is active.
Validation templates Store your reusable column settings and validation rules, not your uploaded files.
Account data Stores the information needed to manage your account and provide Brutus functionality.
